They have wheelchair accessible rooms with balconies, nice design bathroom, the extra bed and care about everyone. The restaurant food is great, and the breakfast offered is particularly good with bacon, good coffee, rice.

a twin room with a particularly nice view of the ocean, i had requested this in advance. large bed and pillows, there were a private safe, air conditioning, and a minibar available.

Friendly and helpfully staff. Locality is near airport which can help save time n monies on transfer. Connectivity to Kuta beach which is a plus point. Fairly good breakfast but could improve on variety on different day for those with longer stays.
No wifi in room. Toiletries not up to standard based on the fabulous rating previously received n the room rated. Bed sheet to hard not comfy. No massage nor spa facilities.

Helpfulness of staff when asking to change room.
No intermediate curtains - leaving the room exposed to outside viewing or you have to keep the night curtains closed all the time! Noises are focused from the swimming pool to the rooms

We enjoyed the private beach and many outside eating options near the hotel. Airport pick-up was free. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and provide full access to Ramada facilities.
Can't fault it.
